1. Digital-Only Services
All HOZO Technology services — websites, mobile apps, UI/UX design, and branding — are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped.
2. Typical Delivery Timelines
- Landing pages & small websites: 7–14 business days
- Business & eCommerce websites: 14–21 business days
- Mobile applications: 6–16 weeks, delivered in milestones
- UI/UX design projects: 2–5 weeks based on scope
- Branding & identity: 7–14 business days
Final timelines are confirmed in the project proposal.
3. Delivery Method
- Final files and source code shared via Email, Google Drive, or GitHub.
- Websites deployed to the client's hosting or a hosting provider of choice.
- Mobile apps submitted to App Store / Play Store under the client's developer account.
- Design files shared via Figma with view + edit access.
4. Milestone-Based Delivery
Larger projects are broken into milestones (e.g., design, development, testing, launch). Each milestone is reviewed and approved by the client before moving to the next.
5. Client Dependencies
Timely delivery depends on client-side inputs: brand assets, content, feedback, approvals, and third-party access. Delays in providing these will extend the delivery timeline correspondingly.
6. Post-Delivery Support
Every project includes 30 days of complimentary bug-fix support after launch. Extended support and maintenance plans are available on request.
