1. Eligibility for Refund
- Refunds are available only if the project has not been started by our team.
- Once design, development, or any project work has begun, advance payments are non-refundable.
- Refund requests must be made in writing via email to support@hozotech.com within 7 days of payment.
2. Digital Service Limitation
Because our services are digital and time/labor-intensive, costs are incurred from the moment work begins (resource allocation, design assets, code, tooling). As such, partial work cannot be returned or revoked.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Project work has commenced.
- The client fails to provide required inputs (content, feedback, approvals) within 30 days.
- The client requests a refund due to a change of mind after work begins.
- Custom branding, design, or strategy deliverables that have been shared.
4. Refund Processing Time
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Bank or gateway processing times may add additional days.
5. How to Request a Refund
Send an email to support@hozotech.com with:
- Your full name and registered email
- Invoice or payment reference number
- Reason for the refund request
Our team will review and respond within 3 business days.
6. Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision, please email us to escalate. We will attempt to resolve any dispute amicably and in good faith.
